Summary

Tab focus in Jira 7.10 and 7.11 when searching for issues in a project is invisible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a few issues in a project and search for the issues under the Issues tab.
2. Tab through the different buttons on the screen until you get to the issues in the sidebar to tab through.

Expected Results

You can visually see the issues you are tabbing through in the issue panel.

Actual Results

The tabbing goes out of focus and is invisible and the focus remains on the issue at the top of the filter although it's clear you are tabbing through issues. On the bottom of the screen on Chrome, you can clearly see that you have tabbed to a different issue when hovering over and the focus on that issue will come back when you click Enter.

Notes

I could not reproduce this on Jira 7.6.8 or 7.7.2. This can be easily reproduced on JAC and versions starting at 7.10.

Workaround

Click on the issues directly without tabbing through them so focus remains on the issue or use the J and K hotkeys to tab through the issue.
