Problem Definition

When trying to associate an issue type with a field configuration (or a screen scheme), the drop down menus for the issue type is not alphabetically Sorted, and appear in a randomized order in the selection list:

This makes it difficult to locate desired issue types, especially if many issue types are available in the list.

Sort the menu drop down selectable issue types alphabetically
