When Opening Image Attachments Preview In IE11 On JIRA 7.12.0 or 7.12.1, Image Just Keep Loading And Showing SCRIPT438 Object doesn't support property or method 'assign' Error. We are required to refresh browser for it to continue working.

Environment

JIRA Version: Tested and confirm impacted on 7.12.0, 7.12.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install JIRA 7.12.0 and startup JIRA instance
2. Create an issue and attach some attachments PNG, JPG image format files into it.
3. Access using IE11 to the issue and click on those image attachment.
4. JIRA suppose to open up image preview
5. It just keeps loading forever and in Inspect view we can see SCRIPT438 Object doesn't support property or method 'assign' Error

Expected Results

We should be able to open the image attachment preview.

Actual Results

Image preview just keeps loading and browser hang.

Workaround

Use others browsers such as Chrome and Firefox

In IE11: Open the attachment in a new tab
