Problem Definition

• Currently running reports again Jira will add extra load and may overload the system.
• Also in many cases, it's not required to have real-time reports and it's enough to have reports delayed for a couple of hours, that means a SQL replica can be used.
• Jira doesn't allow to operated in RO mode, so that prevents from using SQL replica

Suggested Solution

• Create a special Jira mode (build) which will allow reporting to be done from SQL RO replica
• Optimize REST API for reporting purposes.
