      Pasting multi-level list from clipboard does not work when copied from some other applications

      Environment

      JIRA 7.11.2
      Outlook/Thunderbird

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Copy a multi-level list to clipboard from other applications ie: Outlook/Thunderbird
      2. Paste it in a JIRA comment
      3. Save the comment

      Expected Results

      Multi-level list appears correctly

      Actual Results

      Multi-level list appears correctly after pasting, but upon saving the formatting is lost
