Break lines are not displayed properly in Visual Mode

Summary

When entering text block that has double break lines, it will appear as a single break line and causes subsequent single break lines to appear as not having any break line but with slightly bigger spacing.

Expected Results

Shows the text block as it is typed/pasted in

Actual Results

The break lines appear in wrong formatting
