Long select list values appears to be cut off when creating sub-tasks but not when creating issues

Summary

When creating sub-tasks, if the select list values are too long, it will not be displayed in full due to the size of the field. This makes it difficult to know the full value.

It is not occurring for issue creation.

Expected Results

Select list values will be displayed in full (Just like how it is for issue creation)

Actual Results

Select list values will be cut off
