When you cancel a ticket, a modal pops up.  In the lower right, two buttons are there.  One to actually cancel the ticket, with the text of "Cancel", and the other to cancel the canelling of the ticket, with a text of "Cancel".

Sometimes this is confusing and it seems to always be brought up or something clicks wrong, etc.  Would be nice, for the purposes of cancelling, to have the submit button to say "Confirm Cancel".  Something to contextually separate it from the modal cancel link.
