Problem Definition
As an admin, I have Service Desk tickets created from other services. The email accounts associated with these are do not reply accounts.
Jira Service Desk continues to send notifications.
Suggested Solution
Create a way to list email accounts that don’t receive notifications or turn off all notifications for these accounts.
