Summary

JIRA keeps resizing when you move the mouse over the Time field when you use the Calendar of any date time Picker field, causing an annoying bug.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a Date Time Picker custom field and add it to the create issue screen of any project
• Change on your profile the JIRA Language to Deutsch
• Click to create a new issue using the project you added the custom field
• In the create issue Screen, Click in the Calendar at the right side of the field and move your mouse over the time field

Expected Results

The Calendar keeps in the same size and you should be able to change the time.

Actual Results

Due to the notes returned below the calendar, the calendar resizes and keep doing it until you click at the time. (Check attached GIF)

Workaround

Click in the resized time stops the bug.
