Description
After upgrading from 1.3.1 to 1.3.3, all versions, incl. newly created, are gone from the dropdown boxes. This means pages like create new issue, edit issue and resolve issue.
To try and fix it, I dropped all DB tables and allowed Jira to recreate the tables and then import the data exported from 1.3.1 but same problem. So also after an export/drop table/import cycle at 1.3.3.
When going through everything I also find that three groups are missing from the group browser, but I can find them in the database and users in the groups still have references to them. In the same way, no security assosiated with these groups are seen in the project permission or global permission views. But I find them in tha database.
