Ship Jira with increased CodeCache size

      Currently Jira uses the default allocation of the CodeCache memory pool of 256mb.

      In larger environments Jira can exhaust this memory pool which causes performance degradation as described in this KB

      Additionally, increasing CodeCache to 384mb is part of Premier Support's Jira healthcheck.

      This request is for Jira to ship with the following JVM argument by default which increased CodeCache to 384m:

      -XX:ReservedCodeCacheSize=384m
