Situation:

Currently we are using the Scrum Process and using jira to manage our product backlog. The only think missing is the ability to use Jira to create a relative priority for each issue so that a Product Manager can go into Jira and order the product backlog into a definite list of priority.

Solution:

Allow certain users to prioritize issues in Jira relative to one another, and allow users to sort by this priority in search results.
