      Descrption of problem:

During startup a Johnson warning may occur. This causes the user to be directed to errors.jsp.

In some cases errors.jsp will show text advising of a startup flag that can be used to ignore the warnings. The flag shown in the text does not work as expected.

The text that appears in the UI is currently as follows.

johnson.warnings.ignore.cli = If you want to ignore these warnings and start JIRA, you need to \{0}--ignore-warnings-on-startup\{1} using a startup flag that will ignore the warnings.

This is not a working startup flag. The working flag is -Djira.startup.warnings.disable=true
