Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Jira.
2. Create a custom field of type "Date Time Picker"
3. Go to Issues -> Search for issues. (Basic view)
4. Select the custom field you've just created
5. Select any date using Between and update.
6. Then, try to input the values of the date range manually.
7. Receive message - Please shorten this text to 12 characters or less (You are currently using 16 characters.)
   1. By making it short, you'll receive the message - Invalid date format. Please enter the date in the format "d/MMM/yy".
8. You won't be able to type any value in the field manually. (It only works selecting from the calendar.)

Expected Results

Be able to type the values in the field (Between) manually.

Actual Results

Any manual input results in error messages

Workaround

Use the date picker to select the date and time.
