      When the user is marked as inactive, the current user session is not killed

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a test user;
      2. Login with the test user on a different browser or using incognito/private mode;
      3. Go to the user administration and mark the user as inactive;

      Expected Results

      The test user session to be killed;

      Actual Results

      The test user loses acess to the applications but remains logged in in JIRA as the session is not killed once the user is marked as inactive.
