Summary

Clicking on the Cog sign for the Activity Stream on the Project Summary page, gives us a pop-up. However, this is blocked on the Project Description.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a Project Summary page. Make sure you have some activities done on the project, such as create a new issue.
2. Click on the Cog sign on the Activity Stream.

Expected Results

The pop-up sign to reload should be visible

Actual Results

The pop up is visible, but the area of the pop up is blocked:

Workaround

The Cog icon only shows an option to reload the page when clicked on. To workaround this issue, you can refresh the whole page instead of just that gadget. Reloading the page will also reload the content in the Activity gadget.
