Problem Definition

When editing a comment, a pop-up screen will appear and user will need to edit the comment there. With this, users are unable to scroll the page if necessary.

Suggested Solution

Edit comment as in-line, just as adding new comments. This will allow for the page to scroll while editing the comment.

Workaround

Edit comment in a new tab and switch between tabs
