Problem Definition

Webhooks are triggered for the worklog events regardless of the JQL specified

How to replicate

1. Navigate through Jira Administration > System > WebHooks and create a new one (+ Create a WebHook)
2. Specify the project in the JQL such as {{project = "X", }}include "worklog" events, and save it
3. Access any issue from other projects rather than "Project X" and log work (More > Log Work)
4. The WebHook is triggered without respecting the JQL of step 2

Notes

This is not happening for other events such as "Issue: Created"
