Summary

When navigating the issue view screen with the Tab key and reaching the activity section (see screenshot), the NVDA screen reader cannot tell whether the tab on focus is active/shown or inactive/hidden.

Environment

Issue occurs with NVDA on all browsers.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the NVDA screen reader
2. Tab-navigate to the activity issue tab panel

Expected Results

The screen reader should be able to tell whether the tab is active or not.

Actual Results

The screen reader just reads the tab name and doesn't say if it's active or hidden.

Notes

Issue is always applicable to issue fields tab panel.
