Problem Definition

Currently, if 2 users are viewing the same issue page & 1 of them edited the page, the issue page will not show the updated entry until the 2nd user manually refresh the page.

This could cause problem since the 2nd user could be editing the issue at the same time not knowing the that the 1st user has updated the issue.

Suggested Solution

1. Allow JIRA to auto refresh the issue page when the issue is updated.
2. Show who's looking at the page similar to the feature provided by this plugin.
