In the backlog of a Scrum board, Jira allows us to right-click on an issue and select "Split Issue". This ends up creating a new issue with a "Split to" link type on the original issue.

If the original issue has other issue links ("blocks", "relates to", etc.), those links are not copied over to the new issue. It would be beneficial if we had the ability to do this.
