Add a hint or visual clue for Inactive Workflow to allow users to know that there's something at the bottom of the page / active workflows. Or perhaps an anchor link at the beginning of the page.

Why this is important

This is important as workflows may get many in number and inactive workflows are often ignored or unnoticeable. To make it worse, it is by default in the collapsed mode.
