Summary

When using Windows machine to access JIRA, certain zoom level of the web browser may cause the scrollbar on the Pie Chart gadgets to flicker.

There is no specific settings to reproduce it as it seems to vary greatly on different instances and machine. However, it seems to only be affecting on Windows machine.

Expected Results

Pie Chart gadget displays normally

Actual Results

Pie Chart gadget's scrollbar starts flickering
