Summary

Cannot set the Date/Time Format in the 'Look and Feel' page inside JIRA, to display Day of Week in Month by using the 'F' parameter. Though it has been stated in https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/api/java/text/SimpleDateFormat.html.

Note: Parameters 'L' and 'u' are also affected

Expected Results

Is able to see the Date/Time fields in JIRA displaying the Day of Week in Month.

Actual Results

JIRA is not able to display it
