Improve the Documentation in Migrating to Azure platform

      Definition

      At the moment, Azure platform has just been introduced recently as a supported platform and the documentation isn't really helpful.

      Suggestion

      It would be great if the documentation can be improved and state some possible roadblocks especially related to Azure SQL server and how to fix it.
