Summary

Gadget - Time Since Chart with Cumulative Totals enabled will not show the bar column if there is no entry on that period (daily, weekly, monthly etc)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create issue with a different due date but intentionally leave a month in-between blank/no entry. For example, there are entries in January, February, April, and May. But there are none in March.
2. Configure Time Since Chart with a filter of the issues created in Step 1.

Expected Results

Expected to see all the month have the cumulative totals.

Actual Results

You can see that (November and December 2018) and (February, March and April 2019) are blank due to no entries on these months.
