Native Support for Wallboard on Chromecast

Problem Definition

There is no native support on Chromecast for the Wallboard feature.

For the time being, users must display the wallboard in a browser and cast that, but this isn't ideal.

Suggested Solution

Provide ability to cast to a Chromecast directly from the wallboard without needing a browser tab.

Why this is important?

A nice life improvement would be first-class Chromecast functionality for Wallboards (browser based JIRA Cloud)

Workaround, of course, is Chromecasting the tab.

(Moving your mouse to another monitor, going full screen, Ctrl-Tabbing to another tab, un-fullscreen so the Chromecast takes the full 16:9 resolution...)
