Project archive and restore should log more messages

      Restoring a project (unarchiving) should log more messages about what is happening and the progress. Does the Lucene index have the document for each issue in the project removed immediately? Or is it done slowly over time?

      Current output is logging from LocalQCacheReplicator not from Archiving:
