Jira supported platforms should be more explicit on which MySQL jdbc driver version to use

    Description

In the Jira Supported platforms documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/supported-platforms-938846830.html

This document indicates that when using MySQL to use the latest jdbc driver:

      MySQL:

      • JIRA will not work on:
        • 4 byte characters, regardless of MySQL version
        • MariaDB nor PerconaDB
      • We recommend running MySQL in strict mode.
      • Supported MySQL databases use the latest JDBC driver listed here.

However recently, MySQL has started releasing a Connector/J in the 8.0 version (and there is a 6.0 version as well). But to date, Jira has never been tested against those specific JDBC drivers and ultimately there are a number of support cases where users have tried to use this because this doc says to use the latest.

We need to amend this document to fall into line with the Connecting JIRA applications to MySQL - Atlassian Documentation which does clearly indicate to use the latest 5.1 version available:

To copy the MySQL JDBC driver to your application server:

      1. Get the MySQL driver:
        • If you are installing JIRA, download the recommended MySQL driver JDBC Connector/J 5.1
You can download either the .tar.gz or the{{ .zip}} file by selecting the 'Platform Independent' option. Extract the jar for the driver (e.g. mysql-connector-java-5.x.x-bin.jar) from the archive.

Also I believe that all the versions of this supported platforms document have this wording and will need to be updated (7.0, 7.1, 7.2, etc)
