Summary

Line spacing between lines is being added when we add text formatting on the parent list.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a comment as such (Text Mode):

   * Heading 1 asdfghjklqwertyuiopzxcvbnm
   ** Heading 1.1 asdfghjklqwertyuiopzxcvbnm
   ** Heading 1.2 asdfghjklqwertyuiopzxcvbnm
   *** Heading 1.2.1 asdfghjklqwertyuiopzxcvbnm
   *** Heading 1.2.2 asdfghjklqwertyuiopzxcvbnm
   * Heading 2 asdfghjklqwertyuiopzxcvbnm
   ** Heading 2.1 asdfghjklqwertyuiopzxcvbnm
   

2. Switch it to Visual Mode.
3. Highlight the Heading 1.2 asdfghjklqwertyuiopzxcvbnm line and bold it.
4. Observe that there is a line spacing added below the line.
5. Highlight the Heading 2 asdfghjklqwertyuiopzxcvbnm line and apply font color.
6. Observe that there is a line spacing added below the line.

This happens even if we add the text formatting manually in the Text Mode as well. For example, for the line Heading 1.2 asdfghjklqwertyuiopzxcvbnm, we can change it to *Heading 1.2 asdfghjklqwertyuiopzxcvbnm* to manually add the formatting and the behaviour is still the same. Pointing out that this is nothing to do with the Visual Mode.

Go to : ⚙ > System > Announcement banner > add the text below > for all logged in users > Set Banner
