Improve logging for DefaultNodeReindexService and add progress status

      Problem Definition

      Method com.atlassian.jira.index.ha.DefaultNodeReindexService doesn't have logging so when when thread responsible for replication (NodeReindexServiceThread:thread) is slow or stuck it's hard to troubleshoot this problem.

      Suggested Solution

      Add logging at DEBUG or TRACE level
