MySQL Bug cause Upgrade tasks to fail

      Summary

      Upgrading from Jira 7.6.X or below to 7.7 or above with a MySQL 5.7.9 - 5.7.17 version encounters failed upgrade tasks caused by MySql BUG:

      MySQL 5.7.18 and Later do not encounter this issue

      Expected Results

      MySQL 5.7 is listed as Supported Platform and should not conflict

      Actual Results

      The below exception is thrown in the logs:

      Workaround

      Upgrade MySQL to version 5.7.18 or later

      Suggested Follow Up:

      As this is specific to a MySQL bug there is really not a fix Jira Side so we should Update the Documentation to note the conflicting MySQL versions:
