The link was existing on JIRA 7.7.0 -7.7.2

Environment

• JIRA Server versions: 7.8.x or 7.9.x

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install JIRA 7.8.x or 7.9.x
2. Go to Administration -> System ->System info page
3. Check the Java VM Memory Statistics section

Expected Results

The section shows both:

• Non-Heap Memory (includes Metaspace)
• Get more detailed memory information.
  

Actual Results

The Java VM Memory Statistics section doesn't show the detailed memory information link.

Workaround

Use the direct url to the page: <JIRA_BASE_URL>/secure/admin/ViewMemoryInfo.jspa
