Summary  

When trying to create issue, after changing the project, the cursor moves to Description (or other) field if the Description field style is set as Text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open some project
2. Click Create
3. Create issue screen opens, make sure Description field style is set as Text
4. Change project in Project field

Expected Results

Cursor moves to the first field on the create issue screen.

Actual Results

Cursor moves to Description (or some other) field.

Workaround

Switch Description field style to Visual (it will get remembered for the next time user wants to create issue).
