When no login into JIRA and we access to a attachment direct download link (Attachment Name with spaces only impacted), JIRA will ask for login and then redirected to Dashboard without download the attachment.

When no login into JIRA and we access to a attachment direct download link (Attachment Name with spaces only impacted), JIRA will ask for login and then redirected to Dashboard without download the attachment.

Environment

JIRA Version : Tested on JIRA 7.5.3

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload an attachment which attachment name contain space such as test document.msg
2. Copy the direct link to download the attachment
3. Logout / Open a incognito windows.
4. Access to the link you copied.
5. JIRA will redirect you to a login page, it is expected as we are not loggin in to JIRA instance yet.
6. Login with your ID.
7. JIRA will redirect you to dashboard.

Expected Results

It should download the attachment directly.

Actual Results

It redirect you to dashboard without downloading the attachment.

Workaround

Re-paste the link to download the attachment after login.
