Date picker sets an invalid value that prevents issues from being created (locale specific)

      Summary

      As seen in the attached screenshot.

      The problem is that the month is put with a capital letter: Nov and the back-end only accepts lowercase.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change your user locale to PT-BR
      2. Try to submit a date custom field by selecting any day of November

      Expected Results

      Information should be saved as expected.

      Actual Results

      The error message seen in the attachment is displayed.

      Workaround

      Change the month manually to the lowercase version.
