      Problem Definition

      JIRA by default can only use the JQL: issuekey in issueHistory() ORDER BY lastViewed DESC to view recently viewed issue by current users only. There is no method to get a list of recently viewed issues by particular users. This will be useful for team managers to track their team members last viewed tickets.

      Suggested Solution

      Extend the JQL capability to be able to list down the recently viewed issues by other users
