This seems to affect more timezones ID, most "Alias" listed in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tz_database_time_zones is affected to the problem. https://time.is/ website is up-to-date on the latest timezone ID alias from IANA Timezone database.

      Possible cause

CentOS 6 allows the use of timezone code "America/Montreal" and recognized by Jira, Upgrade to CentOS 7 and "America/Montreal" is proxied or alias to "America/Toronto"

      Environment

      Expected Results

      • Jira correctly recognizes ported Timecode from Montreal to Toronto
      • Jira correctly recognize all timezone ID alias

      Actual Results

"America/Montreal" does not update and stays as the deprecated value, so Loading Board with an owner still tied to "America/Montreal" Triggers
