As stated in the summary, JQL being unable to set offset and limit is really not useful, especially with 1000 issues limit. What if I need the second 1000 instead of first and there is no way to refine a search? I know there are workarounds, increasing the limit or querying the database directly, but this is not the point. As many users would certainly love this, I hope this one won't end as 'Won't fix' like the most. Cheers!
