Recently Created gadget is missing translation in all its labels

Issue Summary

• Recently Created gadget is missing translation in all its labels

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to a Dashboard
• Add the gadget Recently Created
  • The issue was reported for Deutsch but this happens even in English

Expected Behavior

• Dates are translated correctly
• Buttons have text that indicate what each button does.
• All the labels include a meaningful, translated message.

Actual Behavior

• The dates included in the graph are always in English.
• Buttons do not have any text
• All the labels are untranslated and show a key instead

Cause

• Possibly keys that are not translated.

Notes:

• It seems the gadget at some point was correctly translated as we see in this documentation page from Jira 6.4 but from Jira 7.0 onwards, the translation issue is present.
