Description
Summary
When a filter is changed and saved, you will see a 'Save as' button to duplicate the filter. When you modify a saved filter, add a trailing space to the JQL query, run the query, and click on the 'Save' button; the filter is saved but the 'Save' button remains. You will receive a pop-up that indicates that the filter was saved, but you can no longer duplicate the filter because the 'Save as' button is not displayed.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a filter
- Open the filter and modify the JQL to add a space to the end of the query
- Run the query
- Click the Save button
- Note that you receive a success message, but the Save button remains
- Remove the space at the end of the query
- Run the query
- Click the Save button
- Note that the 'Save as' button is displayed
Expected Results
The trailing space should either be ignored or the advanced query logic should throw a warning/error blocking the query from running until the space is removed.
Actual Results
The filter is saved with the space, and the Save button doesn't display correctly
