Summary

After adding table to description in visual style, user can't add / edit content outside the table.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create issue with summary
2. After the issue is saved, open it
3. Edit description in Visual mode, insert table, write some content in the table
4. Try to focus the cursor outside the table

Expected Results

The cursor can focus outside the table, as it should.

Actual Results

The cursor can't focus outside the table and toolbar won't disappear.

Notes (Optional - If Necessary)

• The issue might not be reproduced from the first attempt when editing the description (while reproducing it, it worked while editing description for 2nd or 3rd time
  on separate issues)
• This issue appears on IE11 and Firefox, it doesn't appear on Chrome.

Workaround

• Workaround 1: edit description in Chrome, as the issue doesn't affect it.
• Workaround 2: edit description in Text mode.
