*Problem Experienced*

IE11: In Visual Mode of Issue Description, Typing Left square brace, “some text”, Right brace will delete inside text

*Environment:*

Windows - Internet Explorer 11

Steps to Repro:

1. Use IE11 within windows environment
2. Create Issue
3. Within description type [ then some text and then add the ]
4. Observe the only remaining character is the right square brace

*Expected Result:*

Text would persist within block.

*Actual Result:*

Text (including left square brace) is removed once the right square brace is applied. Video has been included in attachments.
