Hi,
Starting from May 2018 EU companies should follow the restrictions described in GDPR (General data Protection regulation). For us, as a big company, it means that project managers should have access only to their projects. But since Jira allows customization of projects only with global Jira-admin role, we need to have some workaround in this situation. There are about 1500 users in our company and it's hard to administer all existing projects, instead of allowing managers to do it themselves.
Could you please let us know if you plan to modify Jira correspondingly soon? Or maybe you could advise on which plug-ins can be used in order to give managers access to customize their own projects? We tested Delegated Project Admin plug-in, but it doesn't cover our needs.
