When moving the last Sub-Task to a Done status it should prompt to move the parent from the Issue View screen not just the board view

      Steps to recreate:
      1. Create a card in JIRA
      2. Create sub-tasks for that card in JIRA
      3. Move the sub-tasks to Done via the Issue View screen

      There is no prompt that asks if you would like to move the parent card to Done like it does from a Kanban board.
