As a Jira administrator I want to take index snapshot on demand by a 1 click

Currently Jira offers a sophisticated UI for regular index snapshots.

Having an additional UI to take index snapshot immediately would be a great help. 

Current workaround is to change cron to 10 mins interval and wait for Jira to take snapshot, then revert to previous snapshot interval settings.
