"Who's Looking" Feature for JIRA Server

      For world-wide collaboration the "Who's Looking" feature would a BIG improvement.

      It would be even better, if a user could see that/if another user is currently editing the issue.

      This brings interested people instantly together and helps to avoid multiple / wasted efforts.
