Problem Definition

Currently, we can edit mail queue service via JIRA UI to include cron expression however for incoming mail we cannot edit the services but only can remove it from services page in JIRA UI as shown below:

Suggested Solution

Provide same option as mail queue service where incoming mail handler services can be edited in this page to include the same option as mail queue service so that we can include cron expression via JIRA UI.

Additional Note

We can edit the scheduled time for incoming mail handler service by editing the mail handler at JIRA Administration > system > incoming mail how even currently it only take normal time values such as minutes or hours. Hence an option to include cron expression and ability to be edit under centralized place in JIRA would be a great plus in JIRA.
