Inconsistency in issue strike-out

We have this custom status 'Approved' which has been added in our workflow between 'Resolved' and 'Closed'. One of our user is reporting an inconsistency.

If the issue has the 'Approved' status and is linked in a comment, the link is strike-out properly. If the same issue is linked to another issue (using the Link Issue feature) the link is not strike-out at all.

There is an inconsistency between comment and Issue links.
